Description
The Managed Services Provider (MSP) Systems Engineer will provide presales technical support, proposal development, sizing, architecture design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts for service provider opportunities. The role collaborates with partners, internal specialists, and sales teams; supports managed services growth; and contributes to performance metrics. It requires at least five years of presales experience in the service provider space and ten years of overall customer-facing technical experience, along with cloud, networking, storage, virtualization, and automation expertise. The work arrangement is hybrid, with onsite work expected at least three days per week in applicable locations.
