Description
The Senior Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect will serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for a security-led managed services practice serving life sciences clients. The role combines hands-on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 engineering, security architecture, client solution design, technical onboarding and migrations, root-cause analysis, and mentoring of Tier 1/2 technicians. It also involves building PowerShell and AI-assisted automation and agents, supporting infrastructure and networking, and contributing to proposals and effort estimates. The position requires experience in a scaled MSP, strong Microsoft cloud and security expertise, scripting ability, and client-facing solution design experience.
