Xcelerate Solutions is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer (Hybrid) - TS/SCI to support the DIA-NMEC DOMEX Technology Platform and the D3P Modernization program. The role leads an application team through requirements analysis, software design, system integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement; manages backlog and Agile ceremonies; and mentors mid-level and junior engineers. Most work is on-site in Bethesda, Maryland, with occasional remote tasks. The position requires a BS or related degree and 12–15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 10–13 years, plus an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
