Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring a Senior Systems Engineering Manager (Level M) for its System Engineering, Integration and Test team in Berkeley, Missouri. The role leads a cross-functional SEIT team supporting the Air Proprietary Program, overseeing system engineering, integration, test, certification, configuration and data management, security, and specialty engineering activities; defining processes and tools; coordinating with government customers and senior leaders; and maintaining technical integrity across development, production, and sustainment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least three years of engineering management experience, and five years of engineering leadership experience, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance and Special Access Program access. The salary range is $198,900–$269,100, with relocation available and no visa sponsorship.
