Description

ADGA is hiring a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support the development of a new Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems and Uncrewed Aerial Systems capability. The role bridges operational requirements and technical solutions, develops integration strategies and verification and validation procedures, reviews software for performance, reliability, and security, documents architectural decisions, and supports enterprise architecture and multidisciplinary system development. Candidates must have a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, a Canadian Professional Engineer designation, extensive experience in military C4ISR and systems integration, and a Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government security clearance.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software, Computer, Systems, Electrical, or a related technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of experience in analysis, design, and/or implementation of command, control, communications, information systems, system management, or ISTAR solutions
At least 8 years of experience in system integration, verification and validation, real-time or distributed systems, and system lifecycle management
At least 4 years of experience developing technical concept documents, system specifications, and technical proposals
At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer on military C4ISR systems
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with aviation, uncrewed aerial systems, and robotics domains
