The role develops advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design, leverages GPU acceleration, and drives innovation from invention through production. Candidates should have a master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of research or industry experience, a record of algorithmic innovation, and experience developing complex software for semiconductor fabrication and design at scale. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of 152,000–241,500 USD for Level 3 and 184,000–287,500 USD for Level 4, plus equity and benefits.
