NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Software Systems Engineer for its ADAS Platform team to improve the scalability, modularity, abstraction, and integration of software powering advanced driver-assistance systems across multiple OEMs. The role focuses on architectural improvements, C/C++ refactoring, IPC and middleware, system performance tuning, interfaces, testing, documentation, and collaboration across software, systems, and hardware teams. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant field, at least 8 years of professional software development experience, strong C/C++ and software architecture skills, and experience with multithreaded, real-time, or performance-critical systems. The base salary is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until September 2, 2026.
