NVIDIA is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer to develop and productize safety-critical embedded real-time software for its autonomous vehicle DRIVE SW platform. The role involves creating safety services for advanced driver-assistance systems, optimizing solutions against product and safety requirements, collaborating with software, hardware, and integration teams, and working with RTOS, Classic AUTOSAR, QNX/Linux, and real-time embedded environments. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant field, at least 8 years of related experience, detailed Classic AUTOSAR software-stack experience, strong C and C++ skills, and expertise in debugging, systems architecture, operating systems, device drivers, memory management, multithreading, and real-time scheduling. The base salary is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 2, 2026.
