Description
HPE is hiring a Senior Systems/Software Engineer - Performance Test and Analysis to lead performance engineering for its Alletra Object and File Storage portfolio. The role defines performance strategy and KPIs, designs and automates performance and regression tests, characterizes workloads, plans capacity, investigates bottlenecks, resolves performance issues, and influences architecture through scalability analysis. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 8 years of experience in performance engineering, storage systems, distributed systems, or related domains, and expertise in computer architecture, Linux, Python, distributed systems, networking, parallel programming, and systems optimization. The role is onsite at an HPE office.
