ICEYE is hiring a permanent Senior Talent Attraction Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 8–10 senior commercial and product roles across its Commercial and Product organizations. The role owns niche sourcing, AI-native recruiting, structured assessment design, hiring-manager partnerships, Ashby process governance, and talent-acquisition capability development. It is based in Espoo, Warsaw, or Amsterdam with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office and is subject to applicable security screening.
