Valtech is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Analyst to design, implement, evaluate, and manage learning programs and digital learning platforms. The role partners with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to align learning with organizational strategy, support onboarding and compliance training, identify skills gaps, coach employees, and measure program effectiveness. Required qualifications include a relevant degree, advanced English, prior learning-program implementation experience, LMS and e-learning authoring proficiency, data interpretation skills, and stakeholder management; Spanish, learning certifications, diversity and inclusion knowledge, and AI knowledge are preferred.
