CloudFactory is hiring a Senior Talent Management Specialist to provide hands-on people operations and employee relations support in Uganda. The role manages disciplinary and investigation cases, performance improvement plans, manager guidance, employee lifecycle coordination, HR documentation and compliance, and culture and engagement initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, CHRP(K) certification, and 5–8+ years of HR experience including at least 3 years in employee relations or HR operations. The position also requires knowledge of Uganda Labour Law, HRIS and G-Suite proficiency, AI literacy, strong investigation, communication, stakeholder management, confidentiality, and documentation skills.
