The role covers pitching, negotiating, project-managing campaigns, coordinating with publicists and commercial teams, expanding brand and agency relationships, and supporting off-platform ventures. Candidates should have experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships, an established creator roster, strong commercial and negotiation skills, and a network of industry relationships.
