Description
CloudFactory is hiring a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to independently manage employee lifecycle and talent operations processes, including onboarding and offboarding, process improvement, HR technology optimization, employee relations communications, audits, compliance, investigations, and conflict resolution. The role partners with regional Talent teams and business stakeholders in a global, mission-driven organization and is a full-time fixed-term position expected to last nine months.
