NewsBreak is hiring a Senior Talent Partner, AI & Engineering to advise executives and engineering leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI, machine learning, infrastructure, product, and leadership positions; builds executive-level candidate relationships; partners with leaders across the employee lifecycle; and improves recruiting operations through data, market intelligence, and AI-powered workflows. It is a full-time, 100% in-office position in Mountain View with an annual base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 USD.
