The role focuses on sourcing passive technical talent, partnering with engineering and product leaders, evaluating candidates, improving hiring funnels, reporting pipeline performance, and using AI tools and market intelligence. It requires at least five years of technical recruiting experience, technical literacy, outbound sourcing ability, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. The position is based in London with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week at the Old Street office.
