Description

Elders is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their team permanently. The successful candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and efficient tax compliance and reporting across the group, contributing to statutory tax report preparations, offering daily tax advice, and assisting in identifying tax risks and opportunities. They will also support ad-hoc projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years experience in a tax role within a large corporate organisation or professional services.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law, including income tax, GST, and FBT.
Proficient in preparing tax returns and financial reporting with high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical tax information to non-tax stakeholders.
Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in supporting business operations.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with CCH Integrator or similar tax compliance software.
