Description
Agora Software is hiring a senior tax reviewer to serve as the primary client contact and quality reviewer for assigned real estate partnership tax engagements. The role reviews federal and state partnership returns, manages client communications, mentors junior preparers, oversees offshore preparation teams, escalates complex matters to CPAs, and improves workpaper, review checklist, and AI/automation workflows. Candidates need at least five years of public accounting experience with meaningful review-side work, real estate partnership tax expertise, strong communication and judgment, and comfort using modern tools and AI copilots; CPA or EA licensure, foreign investor and offshore structure experience, offshore team management, and CCH knowledge are preferred or advantageous.
