Uplinq is hiring a Senior Tax Strategist to lead and scale its Strategy team while also carrying a personal book of business. The role manages and mentors three direct reports, escalates complex strategy questions, develops growth plans, delivers advanced tax, estate, succession, and insurance strategies, and builds referral-partner relationships. It requires an active CPA license, at least five years of progressive tax strategy experience, strong people-management and client-facing skills, and a willingness to adopt AI tools. The position is remote-first in the United States and pays $120,000-$140,000 USD per year, with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance benefits.
