Description
The Senior Team Leader leads multiple Content Protection Operations teams responsible for processing copyright infringement and legal claims. The role oversees operational performance, SLAs, quality, compliance, risk, workforce planning, capacity, continuous improvement, automation, and stakeholder partnerships with Legal, Content Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, and HR. It requires a bachelor’s degree, extensive copyright enforcement and legal-operations experience, and at least three years of leadership experience managing Team Leaders or multiple operational teams.
