Description
The Fiber Optic Equipment Maintenance and Testing Technician will inspect, clean, haul, splice, terminate, and troubleshoot single-mode and multi-core fiber cables and connectors; operate and maintain OTDR, interferometer, SFP-550C polishing, and other fiber-optic test and production equipment; analyze test data; support work-in-progress defect disposition; and carry out preventive maintenance and documentation. The role requires a relevant diploma, at least one year of equipment maintenance or testing experience, computer literacy, communication skills, and analytical ability.
