Description
The role is responsible for maintaining and improving production testers by minimizing downtime, performing periodic Design Verification, configuring and troubleshooting equipment, improving test setup ergonomics and automation, supporting yield and testability initiatives, monitoring performance with Statistical Process Control, and ensuring compliance with safety, ESD, cleanroom, housekeeping, ISO, and company requirements. It requires a diploma in electrical, electronics, computer engineering, or a related field, plus at least one year of equipment maintenance or testing experience, although less experienced candidates may be considered at the hiring manager’s discretion.
