Description
The Telecommunications Installation Technician performs complex cable installations, terminations, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for voice, data, and fiber-optic systems. The role also plans and implements telecommunication projects, manages work schedules, maintains job records, and trains and directs Technicians and Technician Helpers. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of telecommunications experience, cable installation certifications, and the ability to work in varied physical conditions.
