Madlan is hiring a Senior Tech Lead in Tel Aviv on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the VP R&D. The role is a 100% hands-on technical leadership position responsible for backend- and frontend-architecture, complex core coding, database and repository ownership, translating product requirements into technical tasks, mentoring engineers, code reviews, post-mortems, Agile planning, and predictable sprint delivery. The position requires 7+ years of software development experience and strong full-stack architecture expertise with deep backend experience. Preferred qualifications include hands-on LLM and AI-tool experience plus DevOps and cloud expertise, particularly CI/CD, AWS or GCP, and cloud architecture.
