DaCodes is hiring a remote, full-time Tech Lead de Soluciones for candidates in Mexico and LATAM. The role connects client needs with technically viable solutions, leads technical discovery and requirements analysis, defines architecture and estimates, prepares proposals and demos, guides delivery teams, and transfers technical decisions. It requires at least six years of software development experience, at least two years leading teams or quoting projects, advanced generative AI experience, strong cloud and software-development-stack expertise, and an advanced English proficiency.
