The role partners with technical hiring managers, sources passive candidates, evaluates technical depth, leads offer conversations, advises on talent and compensation, and maintains recruiting data in Ashby. Candidates need at least five years of technical recruiting experience, including senior and leadership-level hires, along with strong sourcing, offer-closing, and technical-market expertise.
