Description
Dragos is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager in Saudi Arabia to serve as a technical advisor to industrial customers throughout the lifecycle of Dragos solutions. The role supports onboarding, implementation, adoption, operationalization, optimization, and long-term value realization; monitors customer health; partners with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales; and delivers training, workshops, and executive briefings. It requires at least three years of OT environment experience, one year of cybersecurity engineering or SOC experience, ICS/OT cybersecurity knowledge, familiarity with SIEM and incident response tools, and customer-facing or post-sales experience. The position is remote-first with up to 30% regional travel and offers an OTE of 470,000 Saudi riyals, a competitive equity package, and a comprehensive benefits plan.
