Senior Technical Account Manager, Cyber Threat Intelligence at Recorded Future

Recorded Future is hiring a senior customer success and technical advisory professional in Tokyo to own the strategic and technical success of enterprise and global cyber threat intelligence accounts from onboarding through renewal. The role advises security teams and executives, drives adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable intelligence-led outcomes, leads business reviews, delivers bespoke intelligence advisory engagements, manages account health and risk, and collaborates across sales, product, data science, and intelligence teams. Candidates need 7–10 years of enterprise cyber threat intelligence, security operations, security consulting, or cyber advisory experience, expertise in intelligence methodologies and security integrations, strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, and native Japanese with conversational English.
