The Senior Technical Analyst (Hybrid) in Charlotte, North Carolina will develop enterprise software architecture and operating-system solutions for end-user applications, including Genesys Cloud CX, workforce automation, contact-center integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and data modeling. The role creates architectural specifications and design documents, aligns Architecture, Security, Operations, and external vendors, and supports hypercare and post-deployment stabilization. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, with seven years preferred, and a university degree preferred.
