Fidelity Investments Canada is hiring a Senior Technical Analyst, Data Engineering and Business Intelligence to build, automate, and scale internal data pipelines and analytics tools using Python and Snowflake, while supporting BI enablement through Tableau, Power BI, and SAP Business Objects. The role modernizes spreadsheet-based processes, develops data models and dashboards, supports product analytics, and collaborates with Product, BI, and IT teams. The work location is initially 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, then moves to the Mississauga office, with flexible hybrid, remote, and in-office options. The position requires a relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of data engineering or BI analytics experience, and offers a base salary and discretionary performance bonus of $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
