Description

Keylane is hiring a Senior Technical Application Engineer for its LeanApps Technical Application Management (TAM) team. The role owns complex application incidents, improves uptime and resilience, manages patching and upgrades, certificate lifecycles, WebLogic provisioning, capacity monitoring, audits, disaster recovery, and automation. It requires an IT-related HBO Beta or academic degree, at least five years of experience in technical application management or infrastructure engineering, and hands-on expertise with Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic, Java, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, certificates, networking, shell scripting, Python, and monitoring or deployment tools. The position offers a monthly gross salary of €4,250–€5,000, hybrid work, and a one-year contract subject to conversion to permanent status.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completed HBO Beta or academic degree in an IT-related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in technical application management, infrastructure engineering, or a similar role managing business-critical applications
Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including performance analysis, troubleshooting, connectivity, and operational support
Proficiency with Oracle WebLogic and its interaction with Java applications, Linux, networks, security components, and the application layer
Practical experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 or 9, security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management in regulated or audited environments
Experience with certificates, PKI, networking, firewalls, whitelisting, proxies, and load balancers
Experience scripting and automating with shell scripting and Python, and working with monitoring and deployment tools
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ansible or Puppet and in the financial services or pension/insurance domain
