Description
Slingshot Aerospace is hiring a Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, high-performance data processing platforms. The role owns architecture, engineering standards, production delivery, secure SDLC practices, and complex distributed-system troubleshooting across Python-based ETL, FastAPI microservices, Kafka or RabbitMQ streaming, MongoDB, Redis, Kubernetes, and AWS GovCloud. Much of the work is remote, with some onsite visits to a SCIF in the Washington DC–Baltimore area; candidates must have an Active Top Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility, and the position offers $175,000–$250,000 plus equity and benefits.
