Description
Snorkel AI is hiring a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst to operate its Trust & Security program, maintain SOC 2 Type II posture, transition a second entity to Type II, and prepare for CMMC 2.0 and other federal requirements. The role owns the technical compliance repository, supports RFP and security-questionnaire responses, partners with engineering and delivery teams, automates compliance controls, manages audits and GRC operations, and develops vendor and incident-readiness processes. It requires 7+ years of technical compliance, IT audit, or GRC experience, strong cloud and security knowledge, and experience with Vanta, Drata, Jira, and KnowBe4. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the San Francisco or New York City office, and offers a $150,000–$220,000 USD salary range.
