The role handles complex technical inquiries, uses laboratory facilities for digital protection and substation automation, develops corrective actions, coaches junior colleagues, and improves customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score. Candidates need a master's degree in electrical or energy engineering with initial professional experience, or a bachelor's degree with several years of experience, along with SIPROTEC, DIGSI 4 & 5, IEC 61850, GOOSE, and industrial networking knowledge. The position requires fluent German and English and includes two to three days of mobile working per week.
