Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant (Core Business Workflow) to lead the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for customers. The role partners with customers, partners, and junior team members across HR, legal, workplace services, and other core business workflow domains; supports pre-sales scoping and solutioning; and mentors colleagues. Candidates need at least five years of ServiceNow or related-service-domain experience, strong technical and stakeholder skills, Agile delivery experience, web and data-management proficiency, and the required ServiceNow certifications.
