Karat is hiring a Senior Content Analytics Manager to own the health, performance, and continuous improvement of its technical interview content. The role involves building dashboards and automated monitoring systems, measuring content quality and fairness signals, using AI and agentic automation to scale investigations, performing root-cause analyses, and communicating risks and recommendations to Content leadership and executive stakeholders.
