Description
Anaplan is hiring a Senior Manager to lead its Technical Content team, which owns Anapedia, the Planual, Anaplan Applications documentation, and localisation. The role will set the technical content strategy, lead and develop roughly 15–18 people across two sub-teams, modernise content operations and tooling, apply AI to scale content creation and localisation, maintain editorial quality, and partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and Support. The position requires experience managing a mid-size team, scaling enterprise technical content, using AI for content, and working with modern documentation systems; it is a hybrid role with occasional in-office days in the Manchester or York area, United Kingdom.
