Intuitive is hiring a Services Technical Publications Editor to edit and improve hardware and software technical documentation for its robotic-assisted surgical systems. The role combines technical editing with quality-metrics program development, editorial-process design, author coaching, and integration of quality-assurance tools. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least seven years of professional editing experience in technical communications, including DITA-authored hardware and software content, IXIA or similar CCMS, editorial guidelines, and quality-measurement experience. The position is an individual contributor with significant influence and authority.
