Zip is hiring a Senior Technical Enablement Manager to own the readiness and development experience for its Solutions Engineering organization. The role designs onboarding and continuous learning programs, manages SE certifications, develops competitive and vertical expertise, uses call intelligence and performance data to improve technical delivery, and partners with SE leadership, PMM, Product, and RevOps. The position requires 4–7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales enablement, solutions engineering, or a related GTM role in a high-growth SaaS environment, and offers a salary of $140,000–$170,000 plus equity, health, vision, dental, flexible PTO, equipment, and retirement benefits.
