Xcel Energy is hiring a Training Consultant to provide professional safety and technical training consulting across the company and enterprise. The role develops and maintains training materials, designs evaluation instruments, analyzes feedback, manages training programs, coordinates apprenticeship programs, consults with customers, and performs technical and process improvement consulting. The position may require extended customer-site time and follows a hybrid model with onsite work three days per week for many roles. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in engineering, education, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience, plus five years of training or equivalent technical experience. The anticipated starting base pay is $84,900 to $120,567 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
