Description

AMD is seeking a Senior Technical Manager for GPU Computing Applications Performance to lead efforts in compute application performance projections, analysis, and internal tool development. This role involves working with a team of engineers to deliver HPC and ML application performance projections and analysis throughout the product development lifecycle, collaborating with various technical leads to design and implement new performance methodologies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: managing technical engineers of 5 or more people
experience in analytical and cycle approximate performance modeling
knowledgeable in GPU architectures and programing models
experience in performance tool development, GPU compute runtime API (rocm or CUDA) and dependency graphs
programming experience in scripting languages, C/C++ and parallel programming
Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication and data organization skills through presentations, excel and document organization/automation.
Must be proficient in English verbal and written communication skills
Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills to work with groups in US, China and India
