Soltesz is hiring a Senior Technical Manager – Land Development for its Rockville office. The role provides senior-level technical leadership and engineering guidance across land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadway design, regulatory compliance, technical reviews, quality assurance, and engineering standards. It is not responsible for staffing, budgets, or schedules and requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of progressive land development civil engineering experience.
