Description
The Senior Technical Operations Manager will lead, plan, and control the technical operations of smaller and medium-sized IT applications, ensuring service availability, security, stability, monitoring, incident management, service restoration, SLA and OLA compliance, change and release coordination, risk reporting, and quality-management compliance. The role requires a business or technical degree or related vocational qualification, substantial experience administering large IT systems, stakeholder-management experience, ITIL knowledge, cloud and DevOps expertise, and fluent German at C1 level plus very good English.
