NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end AI for chip design programs across ASIC and research organizations. The role plans and executes AI capabilities, coordinates engineers, platform teams, and third-party partners, evaluates and enables AI tools, manages program metrics and risks, and translates user requirements into technical roadmaps. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of technical program management in AI and ASIC chip design, and expertise in RTL, verification, software engineering, system architecture, and AI agents or LLM-powered systems. The base salary range is 168,000 USD to 258,750 USD for Level 4 and 200,000 USD to 322,000 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until July 5, 2026.
