LILT is hiring a Senior TPM of Applied AI to lead complex benchmark transformations and data deliverables for frontier AI labs. The role involves entrepreneurial benchmark leadership, end-to-end management of high-priority technical programs, high-volume multimodal data pipelines, automated and human-in-the-loop quality control, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, research, and production teams. Candidates need a B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field with 10+ years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience in a high-growth AI/Engineering environment, along with entrepreneurial, strategic, and frontier AI expertise. The position is remote and based in Sydney, Australia.
