Description

Amazon LEO is hiring a Sr. Technical Program Manager to manage the full ASIC/SOC development lifecycle for satellite and ground equipment, from architecture and pre-silicon phases through silicon bring-up, validation, testing, reliability, and NPI. The role coordinates ASIC, communication, EE, software, firmware, packaging, PCB, external IP, foundry, and OSAT partners while driving schedule, cost, quality, risk, and technical trade-offs. Candidates need extensive technical program management and ASIC engineering experience, along with software development experience, and must be eligible under U.S. export control requirements.
