Description

Amazon Games GenAI is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program management for a portfolio of generative AI-powered games. The role coordinates game studios, vendors, and cross-functional partners; oversees technical integration of AI features into game development pipelines; onboards developers to AI tools; develops launch strategies; analyzes AI tooling vendors; and establishes performance and cost metrics. The position requires extensive engineering, technical product or program management, software development, and games-industry experience, with strong Generative AI knowledge preferred. It is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
