Amazon Leo is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the development, implementation, and scalability of software and networking labs for satellite and ground systems. The role coordinates hardware, software, network, systems, and other engineering teams; plans lab infrastructure; resolves test failures and bottlenecks; decomposes technical requirements; manages venue build and upgrade requests; and develops KPIs and dashboards. Candidates need extensive technical product and program management experience, engineering-team experience, software development experience, and cross-functional program coordination experience. The position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
