Description
Amazon Operations Infrastructure Solutions Engineering is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end program strategy and delivery for cross-organization initiatives supporting OIS infrastructure reliability, Robotics, and Move Off Corp. The role coordinates engineering, field IT, deployment, and other teams; manages risks, trade-offs, release schedules, stakeholder communication, and process improvements; and mentors TPMs and TIPMs. It requires at least five years of technical product or program management experience, seven years of direct engineering-team experience, five years of software engineering program management experience, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field. The position requires 50–75% travel and is based in Nashville, Tennessee, or Austin, Texas, with annual base salaries of $141,300–$191,100 or $148,700–$201,200 respectively.
