AWS Scaled Compute is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead multiple simultaneous server hardware product development programs across cross-functional teams, internal customers, external vendors, and technology partners. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, critical paths, release schedules, vendor relationships, and process improvements using data and key metrics, while collaborating with engineering, software, electrical, mechanical, firmware, test, reliability, and failure-analysis teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent, at least five years of project management experience, and seven years of direct engineering-team experience; preferred qualifications include hardware design, compute and storage server architecture, and large-scale application experience. The role is based in Cupertino, California, or Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries of $171,000–$231,400 USD in Cupertino and $148,700–$201,200 USD in Seattle.
